The day-to-day management of an international consortium, the need to meet all deliverables and milestones on time, and to organise meetings and training sessions are definitely time-consuming. Furthermore, the financial and legal obligations towards the funding agencies, like the European Commission, may appear confusing and overwhelming, in particular to first-time project coordinators.

Our team members were/are involved in the preparation of 19 European projects and provide the project coordinator for two ongoing projects funded by the European Commission.
